Information For Our Guests

• All rentals of six months or less are subject to 11.5% Florida tourism/sales tax.
   

• Please add 5% processing fee to all rental rates.
   

• Processing fee and 25% of rental rate are required to reserve a unit.
   

• The balance of rent, tax, and damage/security deposit is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
   

• Reservations with pets require a $200 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.
   

• All units are Non-Smoking. Please do not smoke inside or near open windows or doors.
