tropical surroundings. Just a short 2 block walk to Siesta
Key beach! 1 block to the large heated community pool.
Bathtub was re-done and new flooring was installed in Dec. 2011.
Complete with linens, towels, dishes, stove, refrigerator,
microwave, beach chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. Free
cable. Sleeps 4 with a queen size bed in the master and 2 twins
in the guest room. Laundry room with free washer & dryer (no
coins) is shared with the adjoining unit. Nice, relaxing
patio space in front with new loungers. Also a shared private
patio space in the back with a BBQ grill, and table & chairs.
Located close to the bridge for easy access on and off of the
island and within walking distance of restaurants, markets,
shops, post office, drug store, and night time entertainment. |
