About Home
& Condo Rentals and Property Mgmt, Inc.
Home & Condo Rentals and Property Management, Inc. is a family
business with roots in Sarasota County since 1997 when we opened our
main office in Venice, Florida. Property management is our only
business, we do not engage in real estate sales.
The Venice office currently manages over 500
rental properties.
Our Siesta Key Branch
office is conveniently located 3 blocks south of the Stickney Point
Bridge at the back of Crescent Plaza, right next door to Javier's
Restaurant. Vic Harris
is the Rental Agent in the Siesta Key office, and Holly Lingley is the
office manager. Please stop in and say hello while you are in town, we
love to meet our guests!
