Do you want to avoid crossing the street to get to the beach, or carrying your beach chairs with you? Then this is the place you've been looking for! Just open the gate and a beautiful stretch of sugar white sand awaits you. Loungers are already set up for you and there are also tiki shade umbrellas in place. Take advantage of the tiki hut bbq area on the beach if you feel like a cook-out or picnic. Other on-site amenities include a heated pool, laundry facilities on each floor and covered parking.
Lovely & light upgraded condo located on world famous Crescent Beach in Siesta Key. Attention to detail is obvious in this beautifully furnished 2 bedroom condo. You will love the comfortable new living room furniture! Flat screen TV's with free cable are provided in the living room as well as both bedrooms. You will also have your own wet bar. The kitchen is upgraded with stainless appliances and very well stocked. Relax and enjoy the gulf view from the cozy private balcony, which is accessible from the living room or the primary bedroom. The condo sleeps 6 comfortably with a king bed in the master, 2 full beds in the guest bedroom, and a new sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and large closets. Bring your laptop, free wireless internet is provided in the condo as well as the pool area!
The condo is located in a gated complex just one block from the Stickney Point bridge for easy access onto and off of the island. Just across the street you can rent bikes, segways and scooters to explore Siesta Key. Everything you need is in walking distance; shopping, restaurants, jet ski/boat rentals, tiki bar, groceries, drug store, ice cream, post office, night time entertainment and more. Park your car, take off your shoes and relax!

Sea Shell is a fantastic vacation spot on Crescent Beach/Siesta Key. We have been coming to Siesta key for almost 30 years. Staying at the Sea Shell is ideal, convenient to everything Siesta Key has to offer and the beach location is just perfect. We look forward to returning to stay at Sea Shell for many years to come.

Holly was wonderful to work with. When I told her our plane would arrive in the morning, she got back to me and allowed us to check in early. There were plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. The mattresses weren’t great, but this is subjective and I prefer a firm mattress. The sofa mattress was in pretty bad shape but my teenager made the best of it. The kitchen was stocked. We enjoyed the free access to beach chairs. Across the street is Anna’s sub shop, Captain Curts bar, coffee shop, and ice cream shop. All were delicious. The condo has plenty of room for our family of 5. The view from the balcony was nice. You could see the ocean. Overall we enjoyed our location and stay.

When it comes to renting a place to stay, I put in a lot of time going over reviews and all the details.
I can honestly say this
condo was amazing!! Clean, comfortable, spacious, and stocked with all the basics. Loved that they had extra fans in the condo and my husband was great full for the sun umbrella he used at the beautiful beach that was only steps away from this condo! The view was pretty great and we enjoyed watching sunsets or storms roll by from the balcony. There is a free trolley service that takes you from one end to the other, easy to jump on outside this condo complex. Holly was extremely friendly and easy to work with, as well as the ladies in the main office. We really enjoyed this condo and location and would for sure stay here again!! Thank You for allowing us to use your wonderful condo!

Let me start off by saying I put A LOT into reviews when I am booking a place! With that said, you can trust me when I say this condo was amazing!! Very clean, spacious, well stocked. The beds are comfy, extra blankets so snuggle with when watching TV in the evening. The view from the balcony is incredible. The beach is steps away, and it is beautiful! Holly was amazing to work with. I would 100% stay here again. Thank You for allowing us the use of your wonderful condo!

This was an amazing vacation. The location. Is perfect for being right on the beach. The beach & entire area was clean & beautiful. Our condo was nice. The stores across the street from us was so convenient. The people were all so nice. The only issues we had was that the pool was very small & shut down the 1st two days of our stay. Also, make sure you have quarters of you want to do laundry.
