Recent renovations include a new kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite counters, appliances, and the entire townhouse was repainted. On the first level is the large living room, large updated kitchen, dining area and half bathroom. Living room leads out to the main balcony. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the second level, and another balcony is accessible from the master bedroom. Sleeps 6 with a king in the master & 2 full beds in the guest bedroom plus new queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Full size Maytag washer & dryer are in the unit. TV's are in the living room & both bedrooms. Free WiFi & cable, plus all of your beach gear is provided. Covered, assigned parking garage.
The Cozy Cove community located on the quieter southern end of Siesta Key and is comprised of six intimate units. It is the perfect spot for a relaxing tropical experience.
Turtle Beach is a just short walk with Picnic areas, playground, and volleyball court. Several restaurants, including Turtle's Restaurant and Ophelia's on the Bay, are both within a 5 minute walk and you can dine on the water. Turtle Beach Marina is nearby if you want to rent a boat or kayak. Free trolley service is provided from one end of the island to the other, which is a great option to explore Siesta Key Village and Crescent Beach.

This was our first time visiting Siesta Key. The condo was close to Turtle Beach, restaurants, and a place to rent boats. It was also very close to the Shuttle stop which takes you into Siesta Key Village. The condo was clean, very spacious, and had everything you needed. We really appreciated they had beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella. The location was also very convenient because we took day trips to Clearwater and Naples. Overall we had an excellent stay, and would recommend to others.

This condo is beautiful, clean and very spacious! Check in and out was a breeze. Communication with management was excellent. If you are looking to stay in this area, I would highly recommend this place. You can walk to Turtle Beach and it’s just a short drive to Siesta Key and the Village. They provide beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Great deal!

Place was great and clean. They had everything we needed. Off season was great with the pool to ourselves. Siesta Key and Turtle Beaches were great!

We enjoyed the pool and used the kitchen daily. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony having my coffee in the mornings.

This unit is 4-5 properties down from Turtle Beach, which is the southern part of Siesta Key. We loved that it is a less busy area away from the chaos of Siesta Key Village. Having our own car was needed though. The unit sits on Blind Pass lagoon, not the ocean side. This was perfect for my 18 & 22 year old boys who love to fish. They rented kayaks for the week from Ride & Paddle. They were delivered to us and locked up on our own dock every night, easy access. The condo is super clean and nice inside so don’t let the outside of the complex spook you since it is a little beat down looking. Having 2.5 baths came in handy! It was great to have beach equipment already there: chairs, umbrella, skim board, fishing rods, etc. We would definitely stay in this location again. The guided kayak trip with Ride and Paddle is must do as well as going to the Mote Aquarium. Enjoy!

Cozy Cove was the perfect vacation condo for our family! The unit had everything we could possibly need. There was also a closet on the porch that had beach chairs, an umbrella, etc. The location was just a short drive or walk to Turtle Beach which was perfect! It does lack the white sand that Siesta Beach has but we liked it so much better due to not being so crowded. We had an awesome vacation! We will definitely be back!

Location close to beach, condo lay out was perfect with upstairs. Everything thing was updated and clean in condo would stay there again without question.

Excellent condo! Very clean, Very comfortable. Had all the beach gear. Pool was a bit dirty but they cleaned it on day 2 and we used it then. Super close to Turtle Beach which is a hidden gem though it lacks the white sand of Siesta beach. But we liked it because it was quieter. The part of the island is a bit far from the main area and Siesta beach but we actually ended up really liking that because it was super quiet and felt very safe. We had a rental car so we drove everywhere anyways. Overall, great place, we will definitely want to come back!!!

Great location, wonderfully equipped kitchen, beautifully decorated and extremely clean. It took us 11 years to find this place and we have stayed up and down the key. Loved the privacy all the space this condo has to offer. Will definitely be back!

Perfect location, close to everything and walkable to the beach. The condo was beautiful. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would need. There is a grill and two balconies along with a supply closet stocked with chairs, beach umbrella, floats and coolers to use. We will definitely be back.

This Cozy Cove 3 place was great!. This place was very clean and beautiful. It had everything I needed,, comfortable beds, couches, and a grille off the deck. The location was perfect, beaches, restaurants and entertainment all close by. Looking forward to coming back to this area, Can’t wait to stay here again! Siesta Key Beach is my favorite beach of all time on the southwest coast of Florida.

If your looking for a relaxing getaway this is the right place at Cozy Cove 3! My family loved it here. Everything was nice & clean. Beaches & stores were all close by which was great! Best of all the beds & sofa was very, very comfy! Would love to come here again!

My family and I had a blast staying at this wonderful condo. Everything was perfect and convenient for us. The sofas and beds were my favorite, really comfortable!! There’s a grill for bbq’ing which was very useful for us. Fully equipped kitchen with utensils, plates cups etc. We didn’t need to buy anything besides food. They also had coolers and umbrellas there for us to bring to the beach! I was very impressed with this place and we just had a wonderful stay here. We will definitely be coming back here! Don’t pass on this condo! You’ll love it!
