Lovely 5th floor condo at the popular Peppertree Bay resort in the heart of Siesta Key. Enjoy sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico from the large enclosed lanai that spans the entire width of the unit and is accessible from the living room & both bedrooms. The resort is located directly on Crescent Beach. Take a short stroll through the beautifully manicured grounds to the private area of white sand beach!
The condo has an open floorplan with plenty of comfortable seating in the living room, formal dining area, well stocked kitchen, and bedrooms located on opposite sides of the unit for added privacy. Both bathrooms have recently been beautifully updated (new photos to come).The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has 2 twins, and a sleeper sofa is in the living room for overnight guests. A washer & dryer are provided in the unit so you can pack light. TV's are in the living room & both bedrooms, and the unit has free cable & WiFi. Assigned parking is located in the parking garage, and the building has a secure elevator.
Peppertree Bay offers many amenities including a private beach with chairs and loungers provided for your use, a picnic area with BBQ grills on the beach, 2 heated pools, tennis courts, a fishing pier, an exercise room, saunas, and 2 clubhouses. Free WiFi is available at both pools, the fitness room, and both clubhouses.
Siesta Key Village with many shopping, dining, and night time entertainment options is just 2 miles from the resort. Hop on the free Siesta Key Breeze Trolley in front of the complex and explore the entire island including the Siesta Key Beach Pavillion, Siesta Key Village and Turtle Beach.
A one-month-minimum is required to rent at Peppertree.
