Everything is New!! This private, stand-alone Villa has been completely updated. It is beautifully appointed with tropical theme furnishings including all new furniture in the living room and comfortable new beds in both bedrooms.

The villa features an open floorplan with the well-stocked, beautifully updated kitchen overlooking the dining area and living room so you can be a part of the fun even while prepping. Sleeps 5 comfortably with a king bed in the primary ensuite bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the sunroom. The ensuite primary bathroom has a shower/tub combo, and a shower is in the guest bathroom. A full size washer & dryer are in the unit. You will have your own private carport, and a private patio with table and chairs. Free WiFi & Cable are provided, as well as beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella & cooler.
